The FLAIR engagement model, together with the frameworks, templates, and assessment instruments used in client work, remains our intellectual property. Clients receive a perpetual, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use those frameworks as they are embodied in their own deliverables.
Digital products
Paid documents and reports are sold through a third-party merchant of record, whose checkout terms govern the transaction itself. Purchases are licensed to you personally or to your organization as specified at checkout, and may not be redistributed.
Because these are digital goods delivered immediately, refunds are handled case by case. If a purchase turns out not to be what you expected, write to info@mncdo.comwithin [14] days and we will put it right.
Gated downloads
Some materials are free in exchange for a verified email address, and you agree to provide an address you control. We confirm the address before sending the download, and you may unsubscribe at any time without losing access to anything you have already received.
