This policy explains what personal information CDO On-Demand LLC ("we", "us") collects through mncdo.com, why we collect it, and what choices you have about it. If anything below is unclear, write to info@mncdo.com and we will explain it properly.
Who we are
CDO On-Demand LLC is a Minnesota limited liability company taxed as an S corporation, based in Eden Prairie, Minnesota. We provide fractional data and technology leadership services to organizations. Our full registered address is available on request by email; we do not publish it here in order to limit automated harvesting.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. Your name, email address, organization, and whatever you write when you contact us, book a call, or request a download.
- Usage information. Aggregate analytics covering pages visited and referring sources. We use privacy-preserving analytics and do not build advertising profiles or track you across other websites.
- Scheduling information. When you book a call, the scheduling provider records the details needed to place the meeting in both calendars.
- Purchase information. If you buy a digital product, payment is handled by our merchant of record. We receive confirmation of the purchase and your email address, and we never receive or store your card details.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry or deliver something you asked for.
- To send occasional updates, but only if you asked for them. Every email carries an unsubscribe link and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.
- To understand which content is useful, in aggregate.
We do not sell personal information, and we do not share it with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Service providers
A small number of providers help us operate this site, covering hosting and security, email delivery, scheduling, and payment processing. Each receives only the information needed to perform its function and is contractually bound to protect it.
Affiliate links
Some pages contain affiliate links to third-party products, services, and communities, and those providers may compensate us if you sign up through them. Following such a link takes you to that provider's own website, where their privacy policy applies rather than ours.
Your choices
You may ask what personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Write to info@mncdo.com and we will respond within thirty days. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under the GDPR or the CPRA, and we honor those requests regardless of where you happen to be located.
Retention
We keep enquiry correspondence for as long as the business relationship requires, and mailing list data until you unsubscribe. Records relating to purchases are kept for as long as tax and accounting rules require us to.
Children
This site is intended for business audiences and is not directed at anyone under sixteen.
Changes
If this policy changes in any material way we will update the date above and, where it is appropriate to do so, notify subscribers directly.
